After ten successful years in the business of Healthcare ranging from Pediatric Intensive Care Units to culminating as Director of Nursing Services, I moved into industry.  With a successful track record in building Clinical Services for a Fortune 500 company, and leading my region to becoming their number one in growth in the country, my final landing was in executive placement for the last fifteen years.  I have always firmly believed we are a product of our life experiences, risks and exploits.  This firm is built on the ethics and best practices of a career based in succeeding.  That success is only as good as your most recent accomplishment!  Therefore, continual striving to learn something new daily, and treat others with only the highest level of respect is the only way to achieve the results our clients are looking for.  Our motto evolves around the saying, “The harder I work, the luckier I get!”  Here at Avant we pride ourselves in being extremely “lucky”.  This ethic is what our clients deserve.
